Max joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to this, he worked at Credera as an HR Projects Analyst, with experience across People Analytics, HR systems and process improvement.
Max holds a BA in English Literature from the University of East Anglia, as well as certificates in Generative AI for HR Professionals and Humanistic Integrative Counselling.
