Mrutyunjaya joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to Lightrock, he worked with EY and PwC, where he advised private equity and venture capital funds, multinational companies and corporate entities on direct and international tax matters. His experience includes tax structuring for investments and exits, capital gains and treaty matters, tax compliance, due diligence and tax litigation.
Mrutyunjaya is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting from Utkal University.
