Kebony joined the Lightrock portfolio in 2022. It is a producer of sustainable modified wood products that uses renewable materials.
Kebony is headquartered in Skein, Norway. It uses furfuryl alcohol - derived from plant-based inputs and food waste - to boost the properties of timber from fast-growing, sustainable wood sources, reducing water consumption and deforestation required for traditional hardwoods.
