Aarushi joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Aarushi worked as a lawyer in the energy and infrastructure division of AZB Partners in Mumbai, primarily undertaking M&A, ESG, and private equity-related work. She also she held roles as a legal consultant at Alpha Wave Global LP and as a research fellow at the Columbia Centre of Sustainable Investment, Columbia University.
Aarushi holds a dual-degree, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration & Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
