Aayush joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Aayush was Executive Director at Eversource Capital, where he led and managed investments across energy, financial services, water, and other client-focused sectors.
Aayush holds and MBA from SPJIMR Mumbai, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) from BITS Pilani, and is a CFA charterholder.
