Aditya joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to joining Lightrock, Aditya worked with leading law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Trilegal where he worked on wide array of domestic and cross-border transactions involving private equity, venture capital funding, M&A, joint-ventures, structuring. Aditya also has undertaken a secondment with Premji Invest.
Aditya holds a holds a Bachelor of Laws from School of Law, Christ University, India, a Master of Laws from the University College London, U.K. and is admitted as an attorney in India with the Bar Council of Karnataka, India.
