Akshay Jain joined Lightrock in 2025 as a HR Manager. Akshay has previously worked as HR Business Partner at Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, as Talent Partner, Lead – Compensation and Performance Management at Embibe, and as Sr HR Business Partner & India HR Lead at Unity Software.
Akshay holds a PGP-HRM from MDI Gurgaon and B.Tech (CSE) from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
