Aletia joined Lightrock in 2018. Prior to Lightrock, Aletia worked in the energy trading sector as a commercial shipping analyst, and has experience in human resources, recruiting, spanning tech, corporate law, and wealth management, at Partners Capital LLP, Vitol, and Skadden Arps.
Aletia holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Wales.
