Andrea joined Lightrock in 2023. Prior to Lightrock, Andrea worked in Morgan Stanley’s private equity impact investing team where she helped develop the firm’s 1GT climate growth equity strategy. Prior to that, Andrea started her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan.
Andrea holds a BSc in International Economics & Finance from Bocconi University.
