Andrei joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Andrei made over $500m of growth equity investments as a founding team member at Blume Equity and at BII. Andrei also managed acquisitions for tech unicorn Hopin and started her career at BCG.
Andrei holds a double Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
