Arul joined Lightrock in 2018. Prior to Lightrock, Arul was at the African Leadership University, where he held multiple leadership roles scaling the venture to pan-African presence. Before that, he was with Olam International Ltd as part of its management programme with stints in Africa and the South Pacific.
Arul holds an MBA from INSEAD.
