Caroline joined Lightrock in 2022. Prior to Lightrock, Caroline worked at impact investment boutique iGravity, was a research associate at the Centre for Sustainable Finance & Private Wealth of the University of Zurich, and worked for a global accelerator supporting sustainable start-ups in the water space.
Caroline holds an MA in International Relations and Economics from the University of St. Gallen.
