Cássia joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Cássia supported senior executives in the financial market for over 15 years at Warburg Pincus and Gávea Investimentos.
Cássia holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista - UNIP, and has studied International Business at the University of Toronto.
