Daniela joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Daniela worked at STAR Capital in London, where she supported the investment team on valuation analysis, investor materials, and exit strategy assessments. She also held multiple roles at Synthesis Ventures, where she led the development of a venture rating model and collaborated with founders to sharpen their investment narratives.
Daniela holds a BSc in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Warwick.
