Daria joined Lightrock in 2020. Prior to Lightrock, Daria was the Director of Operations of McKinsey & Company Europe. In that role, she was crucial for driving the performance of all European offices and supporting innovation and inclusive leadership. Her prior experiences include being a CFO for EEMA and Eastern Europe and Director of Professional Development for Eastern Europe.
Daria holds a Master’s in Strategy from the Norwegian School of Economics.
