Dec joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, he held senior go-to-market and partnerships roles at several high-growth healthtech and impact-driven startups across the UK, where he led commercial strategy and ecosystem growth. A multi-time founder, Dec has also built a global network of founders, investors, and operators through international startup programmes and events.
Dec holds an MChem in Medicinal & Biological Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh.
