Demi joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Demi was Head of New Ventures at Vivo Energy (a pan-African energy company) where she focused on electric mobility and renewable energy solutions. She was formerly Managing Director, Emerging Markets at TotalEnergies. Demi started her career with KPMG and has worked in multiple roles in Lagos, Kampala, Paris and London.
Demi holds a Executive MBA from INSEAD and law degrees from the University of London, Nigerian Law School, and University of Lagos.
