Doreen joined Lightrock in 2022. Prior to Lightrock, Doreen worked with the leading full service corporate commercial law firm in the region with a focus on general corporate, M&A, anti-trust/competition, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
Doreen holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town and is a duly admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
