Eléonore joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Eléonore gained experience in ESG and impact management through roles at a credit asset management firm, academia, and with an accelerator supporting impact-driven startups.
Eléonore holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and an MSc in Business and Development from Copenhagen Business School.
