En is a Senior Advisor to LGT and was appointed to the Board of Directors of LGT Bank (Singapore). As Managing Director, Head of Sustainable & Impact Investments in Asia, he managed the regional impact investment portfolio in Southeast Asia and China. En serves on the founding Executive Committee of the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association and the Boards of UN Global Compact Singapore and the Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association, where he co-chaired the ESG Committee. He was named an inaugural Sustainable Finance Fellow by The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore and a Finance Leaders Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
