Estella joined Lightrock in 2021. Prior to Lightrock, Estella was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and worked for a boutique sustainable energy infrastructure investment manager in Switzerland.
Estella holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Management from Bocconi University and the CEMS Master's in International Management from University of St. Gallen and Bocconi University.
