Fil joined Lightrock in 2023. Prior to Lightrock, Fil led the Ventures team at PUBLIC, a London-based GovTech venture builder and consultancy, founded a think tank in Greece, and researched Sino-European trade and investment as a Fox Fellow in Berlin.
Fil holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MA in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University.
