Francesca joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to Lightrock, Francesca worked at Bankers for Net Zero as Head of Corporate Engagement, where she led strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and thought leadership across the financial services sector, working closely with banks, investors and policymakers on climate and transition-related issues.
Francesca holds a BSc in Physical Geography from Durham University.
