Gaurav joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Gaurav led the Financial Services Equity business at BII, having been a Principal at BCG in India and the Head of Corporate Strategy at Escorts Limited.
Gaurav holds a BEng in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
