Gina joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Gina worked as a Manager in the Business Integrity and Corporate Governance team at British International Investment, at HSBC Africa in Johannesburg in the bank's Financial Intelligence Unit, and consulted as part of the Africa Business Intelligence team at Control Risks.
Gina holds a Master's in International Relations from the University of Cape Town.
