Guilherme joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Guilherme worked at Freitas Leite Advogados, a boutique law firm in Brazil, as senior associate in the corporate and M&A department.
Guilherme holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and an LLM from Cornell Law School.
