Hemal joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to Lightrock, Hemal worked at Eight Roads India as Head of Finance for 10 years, having been an Associate Director at KPMG's valuation team in India.
Hemal holds a Chartered Accountant degree and an MBA from the Mumbai University.
