Hugo joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to Lightrock, Hugo worked at QuantSpark, where he delivered Analytics & AI initiatives at private equity funds, asset managers, and portfolio companies.
He holds a MEng in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London.
