Isobel joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, she worked at Threadmark, a global placement agent, where she spent nearly seven years providing strategic advice and fundraising support to GPs. Earlier in her career, Isobel worked at EY, advising multinational investment banks on Audit & Assurance engagements.
Isobel is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.
