Janek joined Lightrock in 2025 as Operations Manager. Prior to Lightrock, he held operational roles at Advent International, Fulcrum Asset Management and JLL, where he managed multi-site office operations, led business support teams, and oversaw the running of several London trophy buildings.
Janek holds a BMus (Hons) in Music Performance & Recording from the London College of Music, University of West London.
