Kavya joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Kavya worked on community-building and engagement programmes that enabled energy transition at Shell. She has also worked in various functions within the energy sector.
Kavya holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from Dayananda Sagar Institutions.
