Kitty joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Kitty scaled high-growth company Impax Asset Management as its Head of HR for Europe and APAC, working on shaping strategies, hiring, employee engagement and experience, organisational set-up, talent management and reward.
Kitty holds a BA in Psychology from City, University of London and is an accredited practitioner in Insights Discovery.
