Lakshmi joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Lakshmi has worked at Sobha Ltd, BP Energy India Pvt Ltd, CMC Limited, and BPL Limited, providing secretarial and administrative support to top executives for over 20 years.
Lakshmi holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Bangalore University.
