
Lizzie joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Lizzie was a Partner at E3 Capital (formerly Energy Access Ventures), where she led and managed investments in smart, decarbonised, and decentralised climate businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa. She was formerly a developer of utility-scale infrastructure - as a Business Development Director at Globeleq and Regional Head of West Africa at eleQtra Ltd/InfraCo Africa. Lizzie started her career in New York working in public securities research and investments at Gerson Lehrman Group and Coatue Management.
Lizzie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she was an Edward S. Mason Fellow.
