Lotte joined Lightrock in 2024. Prior to Lightrock, Lotte worked as a Risk & Compliance consultant at Protiviti and as a Compliance officer for Van Lanschot Kempen, focusing on sustainable finance regulations and conduct.
Lotte holds an MSc in Criminology and is an Executive Master of Compliance (EMOC), both from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
