Mandeep joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Mandeep was an Associate Principal at CrossBoundary Advisory's Nairobi office, working with donor partners and advising on capital raises across sectors such as electric mobility, commercial forestry, and agriculture. He also spent four years at Gatsby Africa as a Manager, focusing on market systems development, blended finance, and investments across the aquaculture and textiles & apparel sectors.
Mandeep holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
