Marcelo joined Lightrock in 2022. Prior to Lightrock, Marcelo worked at Raízen in both the FP&A and Investor Relations departments, helping the company go through its successful IPO in Brazil.
Marcelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista – Unesp.
