Marcos joined Lightrock in 2016. Prior to Lightrock, Marcos was a Founding Partner of Bratus Capital, an independent asset manager of alternative investment funds. He has over 20 years of experience investing in Latin America, has participated in more than 25 investments, and serves on the Board of over 15 companies, including CargoX, Creditas, and Konfío.
Marcos holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
