Martin is passionate about the opportunities to improve health and wellbeing by leveraging the exciting wave of innovation across biology, technology, data/analytics, and design.
Before joining Lightrock, Martin was a senior partner at McKinsey with over 30 years of experience in health. He led the global life sciences practice for 7 years until 2021. Most recently, he co-founded and launched the McKinsey Health Institute - a not-for-profit initiative focussed on some of the most intractable health challenges.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Oxford and his MBA at INSEAD.
