Prior to Lightrock, Max held positions within Downing LLP's fund finance function. This followed his time at Dixon Wilson where he provided accountancy, portfolio management, and tax advisory services to private clients.
Max holds a BSc in Natural Sciences (chemistry & physics) from Durham University and is an ACA-qualified ICAEW accountant.
