Medha joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to joining Lightrock, Medha worked at Morgan Stanley in India within the Infrastructure Investment Team, focusing on investments across core and emerging infrastructure assets. Before Morgan Stanley, she worked at Deutsche Bank across the Credit Trading and Investment Banking desks in the APAC region.
Medha holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, an Integrated M.Sc. from IIT Kharagpur, a Master’s in International Management from UCD Smurfit School (CEMS), and has completed the CFA Level I examination.
