Mehdi joined Lightrock in 2023. Prior to Lightrock, Mehdi built the growth and sustainability functions at a mission-driven scale-up. He started his career at McKinsey & Company before joining the Private Equity team at CDC Group, another pioneer impact investor.
Mehdi holds an MSc in Management from Essec Business School.
