Molly joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Molly worked at Bain & Company and Accenture, where she supported clients across sustainable cities, energy transition, infrastructure, and industrials.
Molly holds a BA (Hons) in English and French from the University of Warwick.
