Njoki joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Njoki worked in Corporate Finance and M&A Transaction Advisory across various sectors in East Africa at Deloitte, then joined LGT Venture Philanthropy through the LGT Impact Fellowship program. She further deepened her investment experience with a brief stint in venture capital at AHL Venture Partners, investing in innovative solutions to critical challenges in Africa.
Njoki holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and is currently pursuing the CFA charter.
