Oliver joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, he spent 10 years at BlackRock & Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), where he served as a Vice President in GIP’s Capital Formation group. He began his career at BlackRock within the Internal Audit division, where he performed risk, control, and process reviews across multiple areas of the firm. Following this, he worked in the Investor Relations and Product Strategy team of the BlackRock Climate Infrastructure business, which invested into wind, solar, storage and electric vehicle charging companies/assets.

Oliver holds a BSc in Banking Practice and Management from the London Institute of Banking & Finance (now known as the Walbrook Institute London). He has also completed Unit 1 of the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
