As Managing Partner & CEO, Pål Erik guided the formation of Lightrock, which was officially established in 2021. Prior to Lightrock, Pål Erik was the Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company in Europe, a Senior Partner at the firm, and a member of McKinsey’s Shareholders’ Council. He advised companies across the TMT, PE, and Automotive sectors. Before McKinsey, he served as an officer in the Royal Norwegian Air Force.
Pål Erik holds a Master’s in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
