Pallavi joined Lightrock in 2026. Prior to this, she was a member of the investment team at Eight Roads, where she focused on healthcare and pharmaceutical investments in India. Earlier in her career, she worked at Everstone, concentrating on buyout investments across the healthcare and consumer sectors, and at Deloitte, where she led financial due diligence engagements for both strategic and financial investors.
Pallavi holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, is a Chartered Accountant and has completed all three levels of the CFA Program.
