Panos joined Lightrock in 2025. Prior to Lightrock, Panos worked in fund administration at Langham Hall and in fund finance at Lloyds Development Capital.
Panos holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Cardiff University, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
