Paula joined Lightrock in 2021. Prior to Lightrock, Paula was the Risk and Compliance Director at Redpoint Eventures and Operations Coordinator at Patria Investments.
Paula holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Insper and a Master’s in Financial Economics from Maastricht University.
