Peter specialises in M&A and capital markets law, having been involved in numerous IPOs in Germany and the USA, such as United Internet and Sauer, amongst others. A former co-head of Freshfields’ global Private Equity Group and one of the founding partners of the Munich office of Milbank, he was one of the first lawyers in the German market to place a special focus on the private equity industry. Peter has also advised LGT Group and Lightrock on multiple transactions.
After a long-standing collaboration with the Prince of Liechtenstein Foundation, he currently heads the Administration of the Princely Assets. In addition to board seats at entities of the Princely Assets, he serves on the supervisory board of FOCAM, Frankfurt, a multi-family office which he co-founded.
He holds a Masters degree from NYU School of Law and a Doctorate from Munich University.
